The Hochsitz house is a prefabricated sustainable structure made up of the following elements:

• Floor, roof and rear wall are built with cross-laminated timber (CLT).
  The floors have oak parquet.

• Front and side walls are made of insulated security glass, allowing a 270° view of the surroundings.

• Steel pillars hold up the roof.
